Store Rules
WAITING IN LINE
1. No strollers and no children under 5 feet tall without supervision.
2. You must remain in the same line spot. There is no skipping allowed and no one can hold a spot in line for someone else.
3. No Camping! Folding chairs are okay, but no tents or air mattresses!
4. You may leave your spot in line for up to 30 minutes. If you do not return within 30 minutes then you lose your spot and must go to the back of the line.
5. Make sure to leave 6 feet of distance between yourself and the person in front of you.
SHOPPING
1. Do not open product boxes on your own. You MUST ask for employee assistance or you will be removed from the store. There is a box opening station at the back of the store for this express purpose. Let us help you!
2. Keep your bags with you at all times. If left unattended, the items in your bags will be returned to the bins. DO NOT DRAG THE BLUE BAGS ON THE FLOOR.
3. Do not throw or toss any products into or outside the bins.
4. We provide one 19-gallon bag to shop. We no longer allow customers to bring their own bags on any day.
5. The store can only fit a certain number of shoppers at a time. If at capacity, a new customer may only enter after someone else leaves.
6. For everyone’s safety, DO NOT push anyone, or run in the store.
CHECKOUT
1. Once your bags are full, test all items at the box opening station to make sure they work, and then purchase at the checkout counter. Our staff may ask you to check out if the blue bag is over full.
2. If you’d like to purchase a large or bulky item, open it at the Box Opening Station, and then bring it to the front to check out. You must bring it to your car before shopping more.
3. After checking out, customers may return to shop again if there is no one waiting in line to enter the store.
4. Large and bulky items must be loaded into your vehicle immediately. We will not hold any large or bulky items.
